Im a walker man but 5 or 6 years ago i hunted against kaboom at english days . Just wanted to say gail flowers knows a coondog. Kaboom was a coondog that night.

I just have a few things to say about pappy and what he has done for me, I started hunting a few years ago with a friend of mine and had always wanted a hound of my own and i finally got a 5 month old english female, i had always heard about this Gayle Flowers fellow and how he had outstanding hounds and had always wanted to go hunting with him finally this past winter i got that chance, Pappy, Keith Brown, and I went hunting one night in November which was the night as most of you have heard that my female got bred in the woods, i think it was the next night that i took her with them after the breeding she ran a deer for the longest time, that night i was so discurraged but pappy told me not to give up on her that she had the potential to be a great hound she just needed hunted the right way and her bad habits corrected, and if it werent for Pappy i would have given up on her and not kept hunting like i do now. Hearing those words and encouragement come from pappy meant the world to me and still do, I have learned a lot from him and my own mistakes and He does know hounds! And to you Pappy I appreciate everything you have done for me and tought me wherever the Air Force takes me i will always tell the stories about all of the nights we hunted together and you will always be a close friend to me! Thank You

The one thing about mr flowers is he's not a jealous man and he won't steer you wrong. I have a lot of faith in what he says about these hounds, he has spent a lot of night in the woods. Mr flower will tell you if you want to have a good hound then coonhunt, if you want to be a good football player then practice football and if you want to play basketball then move to ky, " Lol just kidding he didn't say that, then practice basketball but he will say "you can't have all three if your going to be the best a one and I agree a 110 percent!!!

I met pappy around 8 years ago and have been friends ever since. He is one of the nicest most genuine people I know. He tells you exactly what he thinks wither its good or bad. He has been nice enough to let me and my brother come up and hunt with him and those are hunts that I will never forget. That isn't because we treed a sackful everytime but because I was in the woods with one of the greatest coonhunters there every will be. Pappy means more to this breed than just the dogs he has hunted. He supports the breed every chance he gets and does his best to keep it going for the next generation. I met my new hunter partner Anthony Allen through pappy and that is one of the best friendships I have ever made. Mr.Gayle I thank you for all that you have done for the breed and for my family and hunting career.

or his hounds most our dogs carry some of his blood...jamie has got a litter out of RainMan and Jodie that are the loudest pups ive ever heard bark . we bred jodie to Reign a few years ago and these pups are louder then them...i got a little female out of the litter i call her squeaky...lol...i love old pappy and his dogs..we aint hunted together in a while but as soon as the weather is a little cooler we are heading up there...

i didnt know grayson ky had a city..lol...i went to grayson to look at a walking horse one time...cant remember much about it..other then the mountians like we have here where im at....what clubs do you hunt out of down there? ive hunted out of kevey..keevee..keyvee ,,or how ever you spell it...lol isnt that close to you?
