I have hunted with Drifter a couple times he is a nice hound. I have also hunted with Pounder, Page amd Roxie and alot of her pups she had around 15 ch's out of 36 pups and 1 world ch. Roxie and Page are reproducers bar none.

I think John must of give up on his search since he hasn't been on here in about a year our better.....mucked that is a good lookin preacher colored dog,seen many like that at paul Jeffries texas county kennels....
Well another Preacher dog is getting a new Zipcode!! When he is gone those guys in NC will enjoy his last years. Jay isn't to hip on hunting UKC but, whatever. I have fed that SOB all winter and he has been used to train pups and see how good older dogs really are. I'll say this that dog never got hunted alot until he was 6 and he has won many casts and beat alot of known dogs at times. Good luck Mr. Risk. Talk about a dog that has changed in a year, wow, he is on a roll. Four cast wins back to back to back to back. Three of the four he got wins, the one he didn't he score over 700 plus and looked good. He can win anyway too, feeder buckets, swamps, mountains, or rolling hills. Now, does he have the preacher gene that he will reproduce it, time will tell.
I had a good preacher colored, blooded male i bought from john. He was out of babes stylish banjo and one of johns personal females. He was super but was tragically shot and killed on the tree. Luckily he bred one female and we are still hunting his pups and grandpups with amazing results. The blood lives on!

OZARK PREACHER
Down through time I've had lots of Preacher blood in My pens.
Many were what you call Preacher colored many were not.
Funny thing My experience has been that if a dog was close
to preacher but not preacher colored it would actually have
very little color. This is especially true on their heads they
would have white or half white faces many times with blue
eye or eyes. I called this the other preacher color or plan B !
Stylish Hayes and many of his offspring are this color.
The Preacher dogs had many good traits and a couple not
so much. All things considered though it would be a shame
to let this stock die off .

You have a beautiful dog !!!! I'll bet he's a goodin too !!! I've had experience with Travis Adrian 's stock of dogs and it's all been good. I had a daughter of Sacket Jr. and Iowa Roxie that I loved!! If you get pups from a female I like and if we can figure out a way to get one to Mo. I may try to get a preacher colored female pup from you.

at the time I made My reply about Your stud dog I had'nt seen your female or read about your upcoming litter You must have posted it while I was typing [ I type slow ] anyway now since your posting is before mine it kinda looks like I am knocking your female THAT IS NOT THE CASE I also now think you may be in Ia. much much closer than I had thought !
