Well, I checked with Hughes Net using your zip code and it says it's available in your area. Look at it yourself and see what you think. http://www.satellitestarinternet.co....html#available

BBQ. Whiskey Alligator
1 Lb. Alligator meat. (I use the tenderloin) cut to look like chicken tenders
1 and a half cups of bourbon. (I use Jack Daniel)
1 Tbls. of cayenne pepper
1 Tsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup olive oil
In a flat bottom container with a cover, (Tupperware) combine all ingredients together in your container, mix well and now add the alligator meat.
Refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours. (save the marinade)
Place meat on grill over medium hot coals for 6 to 7 minutes, brush on some of the marinade and turn the meat over and brush with more marinade and cook for another 6 to 7 minutes.
This goes very well with any side dish. (Beans, French fries, Baked potato etc.)

HELLO!

Busy few days around here... doing all sorts of stuff, accomplishing nothing! LOL...

Been COLD yesterday and this morning...Wicked. The wind has at least stopped... it was AWFUL! Sunny and almost 40 right now. Nice.. will have a few warm days.

CRITTERS at the cams... lots of action lately. Grey fox, red fox, skunks, possums and last yrs litter of 3 coons and a BIG single coon. Squirrels galore. Birdies. The litter of coon are back making a mess in the hayloft. No cams up there any more since we are using them outside...but WHAT a mess! I've been spending most of the days going thru pix... the wind sets off the cams...and I get SO MANY pix! Fill an 8 gig chip 2x a day on one cam...and it takes forever to sort them to get a couple good ones...SO>... I've been sleeping with the laptop...on my laptop and not getting online...LOL...

ANYWHOoooo... I was pleased to watch some of the Westminster stuff... online you can watch the coonhound breed classes. Bob and I are friends with the co owner of the bluedawg that won and her BnTs grandpup won BnT.... SO... that means that a part UKC dawg beat out all the AKC "pure" dawgs... it was a thrill esp. for Bob since he calls the grandmom "HIS Shadow" lol... We met them at AO yrs ago and Bob was in love with Shadow...
OK... back to pupsitting(another reason I'm not on here much)... In and Out and In and Out...LOL... Web gets his bloodwork tonight to monitor his seizure meds... He's been doing pretty well with only little herkyjerkys less often...
YAY! Talk to y'all later, Heather

only thing in the woodpile is firewood

i dont care for greens that much either, more of a meat and potato's redneck. instead of the grits give me a porkchop, sawmill gravy, two eggs over easy, and toast with a pot of coffee now that's eating
