Paul, Cameron and I Took Cowboy out last night with a couple of pups. The pups looked pretty good with Cam's little female (Ranger x Jazz) getting off by herself and getting treed, couldn't find anything. Cowboy got off by himself and had a litter........Tim

Hunted in the hunt at Holden last night, drew out with Paul and Travis Benton (Chicken Man) in the Senior cast. We made 9 trees Cowboy was by himself on 4, Ata Girl and Bo were on 3 together, Ata girl had 1 by herself and all were on 1. We seen a ton of coon and some den trees, not bad for a moon lit night. Cowboy ended up with 2nd place NT CH (close but no cigar)...........Tim

Hunted at Holden again Sat night, Cowboy had one coon by himself and 3rd strike and 1st tree on another. NT CH win #3, that makes 3 ch wins and 3 NT CH wins, he should finish out pretty quickly..........Tim

Thanks for all the hospitality, A full weekend at Mad Dog Kennels, three straight nights of hunting, 2 nights at comp.hunts Tim and cowboy won their ntch cast both nights, Cowboy is a nice young hound, when he comes on a tree you just as well put him on the card, he is stuck and will hold all the pressure you can give him, pretty nice work from those 2......Gerald

Tim I'm almost sure she isn't going to have pups but who knows she baged up some and got fat but just don't look to be caring any pups, I will be looking for something out of Turk (female pup) out of a good bred female keep me in mind if you get a good bred female bred to john II thanks and take care

Another female booked to be bred to Cowboy, this one is from Wellington, Mo. All of the females booked were a direct result of their owners drawing out with Cowboy and liking what they saw, he is a TREEDOG that likes to get by himself when he has to but will tree with other dogs. Bawl on track, hard chop on tree, looks and breeding. He has what I look for in a coon dog or a stud dog...........Tim

Had a good hunt tonight, had a 3 dog cast, all the dogs were together on the first coon, all 3 dogs were split on the next turn out (each had a coon)Ata girl split from cowboy and Froggie we found her coon circled other tree last turn out Cowboy and Froggie split from Ata Girl, found our coon and Ata Girl was in a field tile. Ata Girl won the cast with 633 1/3 + 0 minus, but it wasn't enough for her final win. May be better luck Sat night.

Cowboy got his 4 th CH win Friday...........Tim

Elmo Overton had 650+, I don't know which dog he was hunting Magic or Sounder. The other NT CH cast had 325+ I believe. Three NT CH casts , all with pretty good scores...........Tim
