Got a PM from a fellow blueticker saying that John II was back on the Top 10 Reproducers List. Haven't received my Sept issue of Bloodlines yet.. Larry Carlin has a young male with two 1st, Guy Denhe has a female that has 1 first (in her only hunt) and Jim Combs has two 2nds on his female. These young dogs are from SW MO to Wisc to Ok from 3 different bloodlines..........Tim

Tim....Congrats on Turk being back on the list! Once that old dog is gone, folks will be seeing him on the list for a LONG time to come. With him still throwing big litters, and being bred to as much as he is, it's hard to keep him on there. But, the time will come when TOO MANY people will be thinking, " I should have bred to that Turk dog."....That's just my opinion. Hope he stays around for a long for a long time, Tim. When Turk is gone there will be another one to take his place, that is one of the good things about a reproducing line. We are not one hit wonders, the Mad Dogs have been around for a long time because we are not afraid to add something new if it compliments what we have, and the line will be around a lot longer..........Tim

CONGRATS on Turk makeing the producers list again. Shouldnt be long and he should move up farther with the young dogs comming on. The ones with wins allready are just a hunt or two away from makeing Night Champion.
Might think about getting him collected some more. The demand for Turk pups will be increaseing.

I want to thank all of YOU that hunt Turk dogs, without your belief, support and dedicatiion he would be just another Bluetick being offered at stud. It is difficult for a dog to stay on the List when they are still siring litters regularly. Turk has bred 3 outside females in the last month, this could easily knock him back off, there will be a point in time when he will get on, stay on and continue to climb...........Tim

I have hunted with both females (Maggie and Cindy Lou) and they are a true credit to the breed and should compliment the stud dog that each will be bred to. These females are treedogs, from a line of treedogs, bred to treedogs, should produce treedogs.........Tim

Just got off the phone with Gerald Everett, SE Arkansas, he will be bringing his GR NT Shelly female up next Friday to visit Turk. This should be an outstanding cross, Shelly's sire is GR NT CH PR Mad Dog The Coon Wacker and her dame is GR CH NT CH PR Mad Dog Two Gun Jesse (littermate to John II). This will be an Uncle Niece cross loaded with hard hunting treedogs that aren't afraid to get by themselves and have the meat. Several pups already booked..........Tim
