Friend of mine took his to auction. Highest xxxl went to 24.50. His xxxl's sold for 18.75. Graded extremely tough. Rats were high almost 15.00. I'm going to take mine to Zanesville auction in march.

Decided to go for a while tonight and its paying off. Its cold here about 30 but feels like 24 with the wind and about 2 inches of snow on the ground. Not real bad if you can get out of the wind.

Sounds like you all managed good tracks, cant beat that. Started with treeing 2 big boars in 2 cuts then treed 2 dens and seen both coon in them kinda makes me sick lol nice night nonetheless.

coyote hunting this weekend, saw a few coon tracks but not many, figuring on turning out the next couple nights. we did manage to get 5 coyotes, darn things wanted to run for ever though!

Cut old Holly and a rambler pup tonight. She pulled up slick on first cut, got her off that and she ran a track for 45 min and treed one tree from a den in a pine with the coon. Rambler pup came in and backed her and was treeing a little and fought the coon like he was doing it for 10 years. not bad for 8 months and green as grass.

Was out made 2 drops ...treed 3 coon..didn't have to much trouble finding them with g2head...didn't drop no more leave some seed..could of treed a bunch had I kept turning..2year old dog very accurate ..no slicks...

treed one double a den and six singles last nite plus i saw something in brush sneaking toward my dogs was only bout thirty yards from them bout 50yards from me figured it was a coyote shot to try and scare it off it ran down the bank out in the open it was a bobcat never heard of a cat investigating hounds
