Hi There!

Prayers to all!
Dan, Glad your friend was able to get his dentures back! I hear those are HARD to get a good fit in...and not having them must be awful... so GOOD news!
Nice pix of the reddawg introductions to new people! May turn one or two into COONHUNTERS!
Nice day here. Comfortable. Watered all the new lilacs, moved some siberian irises(I think... they ha ve been in a raised bed for so long growing in the holes of the cinder blocks and not doing well so I am really not sure what they are.... lol... When Bob got home we moved a lil baby hemlock and a slightly bigger one. I am HOPING the tiny one is a baby from mums beautiful weeping hemlock. The larger one seems to big to be and must be a seedling from one of her BIG ones so I don't want it near the house.... We moved it to a safe spot till we can decide where it will live for good. It is a nice tree so it'll be somewhere here....
I did WAY too much brain work today... deciding where to move things etc... Brain is DEAD now!
SO... that said I'll see what else is up on here and go to BED sometime before morning... maybe? lol...
HappyHunting!! Heather

Good evening gang. It is 44 now starting to feel like fall.

Great pics Wendell.

James - good one.

I am flying out to Texas tomorrow morning for work. The company I work for is opening a plant down there and I have to get the safety program up and running. That will seem kind of strange. Usually if I go that far I am either going to a car race or getting a new dog.

I will be coming back Friday, just in time for the opening of archery season Saturday.

Have a great evening everyone.

Hi There

LOL... Poor Dawg wanting fresh seafood.... OUCH! YOu always make me laugh or smile James!

PRAYERS TO ALL!
John, Safe Travels and good success in TX!

Maters pretty well done here too... got a couple I had left out on the vine to see if they'll ripen and they are trying hard to finish... TOmorrow I'll use all the ones I picked the other day in sauce since I've procrastinated...lol... BUT I did pick a zuke and a summer squash today and will throw them in the sauce. I saw LOTS of poor lil baby zukes.... not a big chance they'll make it... Not sure if the other squashes are even trying and not sure what type Bob planted...acorn maybe? Butternut? I forget! OH I also picked and ate the last cuke! THe vine had been ripped down and I went to pick it up and there it was! IT was AWESOME!
Spent quite a while today transplanting some Blackberry Lilies. Pretty lil flowers... and way more than I thought when I started digging them up... so it took a while to move em. lol That and the watering was about all I did other than more garden design.... Winter will be a good break???? lol...
Might have to go Sat PM to mums after the neighborhood party after all... Good thing I don't drink!
Well, Hope you all have a great night and again safe travels John!
HappyHunting! Heather

Yes it is confusing when they have everything going on at one time. I do not follow baseball. I do not watch pre season.

"I WISH YOU ENOUGH"

Recently, I overheard a mother and daughter in their last moments together at the airport as the daughter's departure had been announced. Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the mother said:

"I love you and I wish you enough."

The daughter replied, "Mom, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Mom." They kissed and the daughter left.

The mother walked over to the window where I sat. Standing there, I could see she wanted and needed to cry.

I tried not to intrude on her privacy but she welcomed me in by asking, "Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?" "Yes, I have," I replied. "Forgive me for asking but why is this a forever good-bye?"

"I am old and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is the next trip back will be for my funeral," she said.

When you were saying good-bye, I heard you say, "I wish you enough." May I ask what that means?"

She began to smile. "That's a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone." She paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail and she smiled even more.

"When we said 'I wish you enough' we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them". Then turning toward me, she shared the following, reciting it from memory,

"I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye."

She then began to cry and walked away.

They say it takes a minute to find a special person. An hour to appreciate them. A day to love them. And an entire life to forget them.

Be Blessed Of Divine Light.
