i sure did mr.bond,i just got off the phone with him he told me to tell you hey lol.i met dale when i was playing ball in west palm beach years ago,i couldnt believe how big he was. i met him and his wife and they had 5 kids at the time and i bet the oldest couldnt be much more the 6 years old. he was real nice to me but his wife seemed like she was in a hurry so we didnt talk to long.lol

Anybody watch the Tigers vs Braves yesterday? That was not exactly what I would call good baseball. Tigers looked like the Bad News Bears. I don't know if those boys are ready for the first of April.

haha i saw the game todd,i was bout half asleep watching the game and the tigers got to playing so bad that it woke me up lol. theres no way the tigers are that bad,they will be playing better by the time april rolls around.

One week from today for the official opener! Anybody have an opening day tradition?

I'm only working in the morning. Take a half day off and go home and open the outdoor bar and get a big campfire going. Cook hotdogs on the grill. Listen to the game on the radio. Will be people coming and going because they know we always have an opening day party. Some years it's pretty warm out, some years it's freezing! Always fun though. Can't wait.

...another Tiger bull pen loss. Season hasn't even started and it's already getting old. Was Joba pitchin' over-handed or under-handed? I heard Nathan is out of the closer role. Sounds like Soria will get it. We'll see next Monday as we should be 3 or 4 up on the Twins going into the 9th! lol

I have been hearing some talk about the Cubs. Sounds like a young team of gritty ball players with some talent. I'd like to see them have a good year for their fans. Same reason I like to see the Detroit Lions have a good season. Loyal fan base with lots of losing seasons under their belt.
