We hunted Splitter tonight. He was cut loose in a branch and made a tree. I pulled him off and sent him on down the branch. He went in made 2 barks and came treed again. We saw this coon. He was on the ground a total of 25 minutes, made 2 trees and we saw one coon. Not the best but not bad.

Hunted Splitter tonight with two walkers. One walker had 200 circle. Splitter had a 150 circle and a 125 slick. The other walker left two trees. Not a good night. I'm mad and hungry. Splitter is mad a sore.

I got a message tonight that a pup out of Splitter treed his first coon alone. I believe this pup is around 10 months old.

I got a chance to see Splitter in person last saturday night. I met KT, Billy Tolson and Christopher Todd at the Waffle house after my hunt. They had been out pleasure hunting. Splitter is one good looking hound. He has a nice head and is muscled up real good.

I saw Ralph Wellers male Otis out of Splitter at B&T Days this year and I see where he gets his looks.

Haven't had a chance to hunt with Splitter yet but plan to soon. The way KT talks he has more go then a 4yr old child on a sugar rush. Good luck with those litters KT and people who have pups out of Splitter.

Pepper had her pups a few days ago. She is younger and this is her first litter. It shows! She had 9 and is now down to 4. 2 males & 2 females.

No dew claws and no white,sounds like a bunch of culls to me!!!
What should I expect when the breeder himself is a cull. .

Congrats to David Roughton on a first place win with Wimp's Black Cindy (AKA Apple). She had $350+. Another fine Roughton bred hound(Splitter & Abby).

All the males in the Pepper litter are booked. Only one female left to sell in this litter.

There are two females in the Pepper litter. If you buy one you get pick, I'm gonna keep the one that is left.

Dee has 12 pups. They are looking good.

I'm gonna try to get some pictures of the pups soon. They are getting big and fat.

If you think you might want a Splitter pup now is a good time to get one. As most know I very rarely ever make the same cross twice. It has only happened about 3 times in my life. I will soon be bred every female that I own to Splitter. Their next cycle most will be bred to Stud. Splitter is getting close to his 100 pups. Once he makes the top reproducers list I will be raising his stud fee. After that happens I think Splitter litters will be rare.

Pup price is currently $300 each. $100 deposit required. The Dee litter will be able to reproduce a 3 generation ALL GRAND NITE pedigree!
