All Cal does is go for the NBA talent 1 and done players so of course you are going to be among the youngest teams every year.
I like seeing teams grow from one year to the next and players gain experience and learn how to play the game. That is why I despise programs like Kentucky and Duke and Ohio State there for few years. Go for players that don't want to work hard to get better because they know what's waiting for them after their first year.
