Hello Wayne,hope you had a safe and Merry Christmas.



Our coon are pretty much done now for a few weeks until the rut.You might get lucky and tree one on the outside here and there but for the most part we'll be waiting on the rut.Alot of people don't realize and find it hard to believe that it's probably easier to strike a coon in north Ga then at my house right now.Full moon,in the teens,about a foot of snow on the ground,and two weeks before the rut starts......Like flipping off the switch for a few weeks.

Image is enjoying his visit to the Deep South.Looked good Thursday night at the New Years Jamboree.Split treed,deep,and alone both drops.Found one but couldn't find the other to get to the final 4 but did get a cast win.Gonna be here for the week pleasure hunting and then the Pro Hunt next weekend.Anyone in the area that would like to see him go this week just give me a call and I'll try and show him while I'm down here.(937)875-5568

Had a great time pleasure hunting last night with Tim Cramer,Andy ??,Joe Gross,and Scott Engle with Image,Dolly Jackson,Special Ed,And ole Mason.Dogs looked pretty good and we treed several coon on the outside.It was good to visit with some old friends and that crew there will keep things entertaining.

Just wanted to let everyone know that while competing in the semi-finals at the Walterboro,SC Pro Hunt , IMAGE ran a coon in a log while the tide was out. Before the cast could retrieve him, the tide came back in. Michael Thomas acquired a backhoe and pulled the log out. They sawed Image out of the log and Tom rushed him to the veterinarian and placed Image in an oxygen chamber but we lost him this morning.

Received the call this am,expecting a phone call saying hey he won another one.not the call I was wanting to get.one don`t realize the time invested to get one to this level. Image was a winner where his feet hit the ground he gave 100 % every turn loose.I`m thinking he won all his cast at Bluetick Days 2 years running,I know he won nt ch. cast in ada ok. to make Grand Nite. I know this won`t bring him back.he had some impressive wins for a young hound.

The bluetick world lost a good one here! I hunted image last summer for tom and really enjoyed hunting him! He was definitely one of the nicest blue dogs ive been to the woods with! Im sorry for your loss Tom hang in there buddy!

Tom, we are so sorry to here what happened. Timmy drew Image last year on thursday night at Nationals when Image won their cast. Timmy said that Image impressed him more then any other hound he had drawn all year. Image was a credit to the breed and we hope you the best in this trying time. Again we are so sorry for your loss.
