Mr Tim im not sure if your aware or not but Lance helped me get Cadence into some hands thats possibly gonna make a run with him in the semis. I wanted to get him to you but this oppurtunity came up and being I had him qualified I figured we should take a shot at it and see what happens...After this is over we can talk about what we had discussed and see what needs to happen..Thanks for having an listening ear and a helpfull hand. Cadence just got up there Saturday and Ryan hunted him last night made 2 trees and seen 3 coons...He said he didnt hunt out real far but he is a little rusty and he said that Cadence has a nice mouth. Not too bad for new territory and new handler I guess.

When you get time, how many young dogs out of John II in the last 18 months or so has has finished with a nite hunt title, and how many has qualified for the world hunt........Gerald

Sure would like to see a couple of litters sired by John II back East. I believe that he will produce the type of dogs that will look good out that way. Hard hunting , go yonder, get treed treedogs. Talk to Dale Imhof in Michigan and see how he likes his John II male..........Tim

Paul and I are in a Tournament that last 3 evenings, last Wed, next Mon and the following Wed. I went 3 & 2 and Paul went 2 & 3 last Wed. Only one person is at 4 & 1 and I gave him his one loss. Its a long way from being over and we still have a pretty good chance.............Tim

I won all 6 of my games tonight an am tied for 1st with 3 games to go on Wed. Paul won all 6 of his games also tonight and is tied for 3rd with 3 to go on Wed. My last 3 games are going to be tough, the first one will be against the guy that I am tied with, my 2 game is against the #3 seated pitcher and my last game is against Paul who was seated #2. I will be lucky if I win 1 game............Tim

I got lucky and won the tournament, 11-3 record. Paul ended up tied for second, 10-4. Paul beat me by 3 points in our game he threw 65% ringers and I threw 62.5%. We had a good game...........Tim

Just got back from The Oaks, delivered some pups and talked to some proud owners of young Mad Dogs.

It seemed like Dale Imhof's Cowboy dog (John II x Lucy) was high on the list of up and coming TOP hounds, several different hunters said that he was the REAL DEAL! Dale was unable to hunt him at the Oaks because of a work schedule.

Talked to Bill Kaneal (wisc) and he sure likes his Max dog (John II x Hillbilly Millie), 3 firsts in 3 weekends. Real hound quick treedog. Bill came just to talk to some old friends, he didn't hunt.

Talked to Norman Beavers for a while, He said that if he would have had his Dual Grand Sara female (John II x Noodles) back in his younger days that there was no hunt that they could not have won. She is an outstanding female...........Tim
