I GUESS THEY THINK IT SOUNDS FANCY TO THEM I RECKON. ANYWAY, OUR FOOD DOES MAKE IT HARD TO FIGHT THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE, BUT , ITS LIKE MY GRANNY ALWAYS SAID '' JUST EAT A LITTLE OF EVERYTHING, AND, YOU SHOULD BE ALRIGHT,''[KEY WORD ''LITTLE'']. HARD TO DO THOUGH. GOD BLESS YALL ALL.
Love that pecan pie too. My sister makes a good one using my grandmother's old recipe. Different Members of my family pronounce it differently. I don't THINK we have any yankee blood in our lineage but who knows! There was a bunch of them fine soldiers of Sherman's came through here raping women and killing the livestock and burning everything else you know.
