............Bigtime and Pie treed................

We have two less coons running around. After the first coon came down Pie was ready to go all night. She treed by herself over a mile from where we dropped on the top of a mountain. It took us over an hour to get to her, but she had the meat.

Jay you know these guys play by the rules. Only NY would have a rule like that. I'm thinking about getting a Pa license so I can run dogs year round. Mike

PS
Duke is smelling much better now. I wish I could say the same for the tracking collar.

First time I've had this dog out in over a month I believe due to heat cycle and hunting other dogs! She hasn't missed a beat by putting up the 1st coon in about 10 mins and 2 more after that! You know you're having fun when the sun is coming up when you get home!!!

Tom went on a nice hunt with Bill K and Chip last night dogs did a good job.

My version of story second drop dogs ran a bobcat kept treeing never really stuck. Ruby stayed at a tree and we got in there no coon I had a secret talk to her and told her to get in there and get a coon and went deep had 2 in one tree other dogs ran into a HALF HR NO 45 MIN later.

The other two's version Ruby slicked there dogs kept going and had the coon.

We would also like to say that mr. Krinner broke chip and his black and tan into the buddy hunting. Walking through a hedge row get into the field the black and tan started pulling so what does Billy say to him "do ya think it's a coon" his response was "ya what else would it be " well cut her loose then and the chase was on big circle in the field right on a deers a$$. Chip buy a WALKER lol

OH and Tom your secret spot is not much of a secret lol
What a fun night
c ya all

Tom, I had a good time last night also. Don't know if I was on the same hunt that you heard about. But, we had a good time. RJ is alot of fun to talk to when you are standing there for 45 minutes waiting for your dog to come in. LOL The more Chip learns the better off he is, I am glad to help. Really, the dogs did a good job and we had a great time. I have some pictures of our hunt to put on the site when I get a chance. RJ give me a call for next weekend. Your hunting buddy, Bill Kriner
