Prayers to all!

Yum on the strawberries! Nothing nicer than a warm fresh picked strawberry or... a million.... And the Maters... YUM! Hope we get some good plants this yr. Bob did NOT like last yrs supplier... None were great. We do have some lil things sprouting... some lettuce, spinach(might not last long since I already started munching it), cilantro... SOme sort of squash or melon. Bob changed where he planted and... can't recall what is what...LOL...
I rested lots today. Hands still a bit sore but I feel good. Today I just watered and yacked with Bob at the same time. It was nice to see that the tiger lilies look good today!
COOL and damp tonight. Not sure about the rest of the week? I forget...lol...

Rob, hope your son does well saving $ for gas etc! My first job was at McDonald's...I LOVED it!
Prayers to all! I will alos ask that you pray for my friend, Daren in SC who's moma is dying of cancer at home... We have been praying that she will let go and go home to Jesus who she loves deeply... I did not hear from him today so we are hoping she has gone....as sad as it is...she will be in a better place....
Drizzle and rain all day here, which is awesome for the newly planted flowers etc...GLAD Bob doesn't have maters yet... gonna be in the 40s to night, some places in the high thirties! Record lows... YUCK! Was a grey sleepy day. Don't think I did much...lol... Spent too much time on computer looking for garden stuff at Craigslist for Bob.... Found a few local bluetick pups... quickly clicked OFF of that ad! Akkk!

Good morning all,

Heather praying for your friend and his family.

Been another busy week so far.
Had a great weekend.
Now to get ready for English Days. Sold my boat to pay off uncle Sam so now some events might come back around this year. Haven't been hunting much too dag on hot. Have been catching some nice fish over the weekends.

Randy that pup is looking good.

I done some yard work Monday just mowing and weed eating. I got 3 deer ticks and 2 seed ticks off of me. One had gotten latched on the others I felt crawling.

Anyone else coming out to IN?

Deer ticks? Not sure... I have seen a couple regular ticks and I forget if I saw a lil seed tick? Skeeters are here though... Got a real icthy nasty bite on my forearm... trying HARD to leave that alone...lol...

No rain today! Was mid sixties. Spent day doing laundry but slipped in a couple walkabouts and watered with Bob in the PM.

Made some sweet tea tonite... bottled up in the fridge for daytime sipping! I'll need it tomorrow to stay awake to do online bill paying...LOL...

Well truck been in the shop finally got it back. Clean bill of health for the road trip. Took the dogs out hunting last night and might as well hunted Walkers. I am sure the rain did not help. Buster treed a couple times but when I got closer that was it and off he went. Finally got him and talked with him some. Well I guess he got mad and took off 800 plus yard and was still going. Drove closer to him and he started coming back. Went to end of the field and there laid a fresh killed possum. He made me laugh because he would not get within 5 feet of it while I was there. Had another talk and 250 yards later looking at a coon in a tree. I guess being laid up the last couple weeks will take a while to get him in shape.
