First image is about 1/4 way up our lane behind the flower beds on left is hillside for goat pasture on right is another hill thats why I say holler. Second picture is right in front of house across creek where tree line is hillside the flat section used to be grown up in saplings and multiflora rose cleaned it out and now plant bushes and flowers over there. We have 61 1/2 acres and its all woods but around 16 acres which is now planted in wildlife cover.

Linda I didn't get to meet TD. Those people we sold one of our pups to wanted to come by right then and now instead of this evening. We hadn't seen the pup and they wanted to know if he is growing right and putting the weight on that he should. I hated it missing him. Still ticked off. Been on the mower today and never did get to use my chain saw on some limbs I wanted to cut down. Hope I can get it done tomorrow.

I just read an article on a financial news page that said ,,,gold might jump to $5000.00 an ounce within 3 years ,,,lol man there will be people quitting there jobs just to prospect for gold ,,,lol

That's the best kind, easy too sneak up on (if you know what I mean Vern) Chuck I was watchin' a movie this week of an old boy that was up in Alaska around the 70's. He panned some gold too get extra money, the price was $35.00 an oz. and he thought he was a settin' the woods a fire. I wonder what he'd think now?

When i start prospecting gold was bouncing around $290 to $320 an ounce i guess that was about 10 years ago ,,, it was raining pretty hard here a little while ago ,,,

good evening all, took me ten min.s to read all i missed out on..cant ,beat td 's for the privacy you have there.td,linda and i were lucky enough to raised in the hills and hollers .hallelujah just dont know what life would be like without the big woods..chuck had the ham and bean with corn bread tonight.mike,i didn't hear alot of shooting this weekend either ,some but not much.jeff,a eating deer[doe ] is as good as any big buck to me,cant eat them horns..bill ,tomorrow night..or did you slip out tonight..

Linda or TD how much snow you guys are going to get? Back in the ole days we didn't have to worry about snow till Feb. We can't even have a good winter without it now.
