hows things going ? havent been hunting alot this last month because of work . it got cold and furnaces have been breaking down. but slipped out the other nite and treed two signals with my brother-in-law and his boomer female. he sounded good running to good tracks loading up with that long dying bawl locate and rolling over into short ball / chop on the tree echoing througth the hollars of coshocton county. thinking of putting drifter in a hunt on 2/17 at coshocton depending on who all shows up , dont want him in with the wrong dogs if you know what i mean. if not ashland spring hunt will be his fist event. thought about finding a female to breed to him to get a liiter of pups off him early just to see what he would throw. when spring gets here i plan on coming up to hunt with you guys in those little fence rows. so be ready to go.

Sounds great Johnny,I cant wait to see him go.Tom says he's real nice..I'm looking to get a few more females bred to Kid this spring also. I think with him being a grandson to Tree Daddy and a son of Stinger he should reproduce some very nice hounds.prolly better than he.i ve been getting good reports on them even tho their young.take care and thanks for the updates.

I have a long ways to go to make this young one a coondawg .he has fire,brains,looks and a good mouth.his mother is a real nice solid coonhound .i'm hoping ths guy will be my next coon buster.one thing I like is he started from the first smell of scent.he reminds me so much like Tree Daddy when he was this age.i m kinda excited if you couldnt tell.so time in the timber will tell all.

This was his first trip to the timber.1st drop he ran a track and was 400 yards in.by the 3rd tree he was treeing after going thur about 100 yards of water 14 to 18 inches deep.not bad he wa born in aug. and is another natural produced by the one and only Tree Daddy.

Matt 30 to 50 mile an hour winds rain come down pretty good at times she strikes a a bad track, drifts it in and picks him up in the water took some time but pulls up treed 5 feet off , so I give her a little help, lol what everyone needs a little help now and then lol....... Comes out alive and she puts an end to him!! 11 months old I don't think I have ever ben this impressed of a young dog! 100% of hunters would have never attempt to hunt a young dog in this weather. I tried to put her up after picking her up today and she was having a fit so I took her to let her get energy burnt off! WOW she is going to be a hard dog to keep up with!

Hey all is good here.my daughter and the 2 grandsons moved into their own place now and it sure is quite here.seems to be to quite.I ve been blessed with many things good family friends and hounds.
My Fly female is in heat again and Kid is going to get the nod again.i ve heard nothing but good out of the pups with them only being 5 months old from the last litter..I have a few females lined up to breed to Kid and would love to get a few more outside females lined up to him I feel he is going to be the best reproducer yet that i ve had here.

I want to give recongnition to Chris Cadle and Jeremy F a g a n the cross which Jen was made, this cross was made twice both litters doing very well.Jen had a score of 675 + saturday night to get queen of hunt.Jen is off of a daughter of Tree Daddy and Sadie Mae ,(SIS) also a littermate to Turbo Blue.Sis is also the Dam of Kid.

Bred to Banjo which is off of Slick who was a full littermate to the Avon Lady.A well deserved win for Jeremy and i m glad I talked him into signing up to BBCHA. The big smile on his face was worth the whole trip for me.
Congrats again Impressive female shes been in three cast 1st place and a second way to go...
