Just got back in from a good hunt with Doug Linn. We took Froggy and Ranger and they struck in at about 300yrds ran a good track another 350 yrds and came treed. I let Froggy get 1st tree, just to keep Doug happy. We were back at the house by 8:45...........Tim

that,s just funny, you have to watch Tim and ole Ranger, they will slide one in on you and have the meat to boot, I saw Ranger work a bad track drift it in 400 yards or so then pile up on a tree like you had poured him out of a syrup bottle all over it and had the meat, good luck Doug......Gerald

We have been getting several calls about breeding to Turk. Looks like 2012 is going to be another good year for Turk (John II) and Mad Dog kennel. Keep those young dogs in the woods............Tim

Just a little update on Cadence..A few nights ago I liked to never got him called in while in the middle of a monsoon down pour..So I guess thats good he wasnt willing to give up even in adverse conditions..The next night we just couldnt get anything going...Monday I shot Cadence in an area that I hunt but from a different direction.He hit a track right off the bat and before I could get back to the truck to get my boots on he was settling in on the tree..He had the coon so I knocked that one to him..I tore the sole off my boot so I called it a night on a positive note..

Sounds like Cadence is doing a good job for you. Cadence was a full litermate to the Buddy dog that Jeff Grant got killed on the highway. Buddy was a fine young dog also. Take care and keep him in the woods.............Tim
