Ham...

Christmas Ham...YUM! We had some Southern friends (or family I forget...) Who sent us a Big Beautiful ham every yr for Christmas YUM! Loved it... we still usually have ham at Christmas around here. Every once in a while my mum would make a nice roast beef instead...YUM!

Why does this thread always get us all HUNGRY? LOL...

NICE pic of NICE DAWGS wbond! they look so HAPPY!

Good morning to all! FOr a few more minutes anyway Nice day here, sunshiny and warmish... had a nice short walk with Web... he was HUNGRY and wanted to come in. He fixated on a VERY fresh cat poo... After convincing him I was gong to KILL him if he ate it... he finally left it... lol... SO... we came inside, he ate a couple bites of his breakfast... and was a pill. I finally realized he NEEDED a visit with one of the basement cats today... so I let Tigger come say hi. It was cute cause Tigs LOVES dawgs and hasn't been up in yrs... since Wyatt would EAT her... Web wanted to play. After about 5-10 minutes I sent her back down with her brother(aptly named ScairdeyCat)... Web FINALLY settled down to nap...
I'd like to do the same in a while! MmmmSleep!
HappyHunting! Heather

BINGO! LOL... I'm not very liberated BUT>..I DO have an angel who was willing and stupid enough to marry me...LOL. He isn't that much better a cook than me BUT.. together we manage...

TIGGER... I think there are a FEW Tiggers... YOur Tigger is even more beautiful than ours. I HOPE I got a couple pix today of her... she is older now...they must be 14? I forget without looking it up. She and ScairdeyCat and Skunkie were a ferral litter I found in the tackroom. Their Mom Spottie would have them elsewhere...and bring them to me to keep safe later on... ALL of her litters were adopted and I kept that one litter... Skunkie was nearly killed in the tack room... since I thought it was a skunk...then saw other kittens out of the corner of my eye... Took a while to tame the little suckers but I did. Once they were spayed and neutured and let free in the house...we NEVER did catch Skunkie again! LOL... He was happy and SHY... He became ill early on in life BUT... lived forever... a little waif... he may have weighed a pound or 2 when he died. I COULD have scooped him up to euthanise then...but he peacefully slept in a kitty bed... and I stroked him on and off and the other kitties cuddled with him for a few days... and then I sang him his "kitten song" and... he died. We tell people my singing finally killed him.... HE was GORGEOUS, long hair black tiger and white... Lovely cat. While I patted his uncle Bobby I would reach over and pretend I wasn't looking and pat Skunkies fluffy tail and he'd PURR... as long as I didn't look
Tigger and Scairdey are the last 2 inside. 3 old ferals in the hayloft... also ancient and 2 that sleep at someone elses and eat here in the tackroom daily... Down from 100 or so... we Done good... trapped spayed neutured etc...
By The way... I am NOT a cat lover...LOL...
Heather

Thanks! He was just jumping down from the stump in that picture. Not after anything! However he is a great Rat catcher and I do mean RATS! Bad thing is he brings em in the house!

FOR THE LAST TIME...

Please be advised I am sick to death of receiving questions about my dog who mauled three Muslims sitting on a rug near my back yard, six illegal aliens wearing Barack Obama t-shirts, four Democrats wearing Nancy Pelosi t-shirts, two rappers, five phone operators who asked me to press #1 for English, nine teenagers with their pants hanging down past their behinds, eight customer service desk people speaking in broken English, ten flag burners and one Pakistani taxi driver.

FOR THE LAST TIME... THE DOG IS NOT FOR SALE!

YUM!

That chili sounds GOOD! I think We need YOUR recipes! LOL!

CORKY.. YOU need to stop talking about food too! LOL!

Bob and I are going to an anniv. party Saturday... the couple married in 1970 so... we are all dressing up as hippies... the only pair of pant I have that are bell bottoms are my sons fiancees... and they are a size ZERO! LOL... I can zip them up IF I lie down... and I cannot breath in them... SO I do NOT need to go on an eatting binge today or tomorrow... Bob has a GREAT wig he is wearing...LOL... IF someone gets a good pic. I'll be sure to share with you all... In 1970 when this couple married I was 10... so Bob would have been 7 It'll be fun... unless anyone makes me laugh and the pants hurt me too much... lol...

Have a GREAT night everyone! Heather
