have not been hunting much here lately but when i have been seeing a raccoon ! finally got to a hunt last weekend Elkland Pa. had a good cast maybe little strange though lol Rat & I manage to hang onto our 25+ points & 1st place Reg. had 4 Reg. hounds & 4 NTCH hounds Craig Seeley & his female won NTCH & High scoring hound of the hunt / I can't remember Craigs hounds name & not sure of score but know it was higher 25+
May be new breed coming to UKC / Walker X B&T Mix / Sire AllGrand male TW / Dam Bred to be the Best B&T male / This cross should make fine blanketback showhounds & have alot go / not a mean hair on them & fun loving Strait up Treehounds /

Tom good job on the win. I had 150+ with B. I don't think the coons are moving very good, its been hard to even find track. I finally found my camera so I can start taking a few pictures again.

Got out other night with rich069 treed one above quick / turned them off that coon & Rat gets DEEP by self trees 50yrds right back somebodys house I was nervous going to him it was late no one came out whew lol did not shine his tree it was a cherry tree / LUCKEY

Got out sun nite treed 2 times raccoon seen each tree /
Rat struck coon above out back truck cut him & TreeBranch
struck by truck took track over 800yrds Treed / looked good !
Rat treed 1 by self he likes to get alone ! 4yrs old now & has made a Nice hound prob eat them words tonight lol

HaHa ate my words last night / started good got a raccoon treed in thick nasty swamp got out of there & all downhill from there lol still had a good time

Hmmmm where to start the only two dogs that treed a coons lose. Tom Knapp dog had a coon an Got a big hole in the side of his head do to a dog. And my dog has a coon and loses to someone that has a circle tree at the end of the hunt instead of the minus that he should have had. it was an apple tree just like mine and i told the judge to minus me. That is how the buddy system works they 2 against 1 rules oo well

Got out few nights ago Rat got treed pic above 200yrds on side mountain / steep / ruff / bugs / heat about did me in lol did not see raccoon but some Good circle
Well hi rich0713 been a while since U have wrote on here :
First off Rich U done Good scored trees the way U should tell the judge to minus tree ur hound is on that is the way it should be
Okay I stayed at truck / last 2 turns / Between Rat & I we minus out lol last turn 31 mins left Dog A 150+ Dog B 0 Dog C 150 minus
dog c strk 100 / dog a strk 75 / dog b strk 50 / Dog a&b treed circle up apple tree lol dog c has raccoon that he took on out from bottom apple tree dogs A&B Treed on lol dog A wins cast with plus that was got on tree where dog D the one that minus out treed at beginning of hunt / I thought everybody was kinda quiet when they got back from truck there was some tension I did not know about appletree till we left Rich rode with me / 2 apple trees were minus earlier in night lol & Dog A was on appletree that Dog D minus out on but received no minus was not treed by her master he could not hear her treeing / Get Um Next Time Rich !
All I am saying is I am Not getting one of them pups from that All Grand TW & B&T cross that was made last hunt the bottom half has way to much MEETOOing & EMPTY TREEing for me !

hi to all hope all is well ! its now august 1 my training season is officially open its going to be a busy couple of months sooo many dogs so little time but its now or never !
groworg1 might be over this weekend Ill have to see whats going on first. I do know I am about sick of hunting state game lands for now. might see about going around getting permission from areas from my house to your house Groworg1 see if we can find some good hides this year. If all you are going to do this kill season is hunt let me know might set a few days up a month to hunt with you if you dont mind?

just back took Sammy and Charlie checked out a corn field no luck there then went to the woods across the road Sammy treed one (seen) Charlie was there when I got there ! the corn is about a week or two from being milky ! rich just let me know !!!!!

Got out with the Rock & Rich hunting Rat / TreeBranch & Easy Money last Thurs night treed on 2 dens & 1 tree with the raccoon seen / hunting out Rocks coon hunting buggy never had to walk over 50yrds does not get much better !

fri night took jet and boomer, jet jumped out of buggy ran 30 yards in then came right back went past buggy let out a yelp than came back limping and loaded himself end of night for (him seems okay today) loaded Sammy and boomer made 1 tree couldn't see crap way to many saplings blocking view then treed another one but left before I could get there ??? not happy about that then dropped in creek I could see a wet coon track on the rocks but dogs found no track (hot nose walkers) lol update soon
