Rest in peace ol Banjo...

Scott I took my banjo pup to the PKC hunt the other night.. got rained out, but 4 of us waited and pleasure hunted for a $80 side pot ( just to make it interesting :-))

My Banjo female (Rain) won and we had a good time.

The other night, my banjo pup split 1000 yards away in a ukc slam hunt... stayed treed for 36 minutes till we got to her and held a lot of pressure (one dog trailing by her, another treed).

Circle big hollow cypress, didn't win, but the other cast members knew we came to hunt...

Having a good time and really enjoying her. Shes as natural as there has ever been.....

I continue to get some nice reports on the Banjo and Hammerhead cross.

I have a real nice female here out of Banjo's last litter with Darren Batterson's Mable female (not for sale) that I really like. She is just young yet but I will get her going along with my male from the Shadow and Hammerhead cross I made last Spring. Really looking forward to getting them two going.

Got a nice report this morning on a 2 year old Banjo male that lacks a cast win of being a Nite Ch.
My MayBelle female (Banjo x Mable) is doing good.

Several of the Mable/Banjo pups are really starting to like it.
Coty Strannahan and Bobby Reiter getting their pups going out east.

Zach Harper here in Iowa has his started along with another up north a ways is treeing cage coon.

Good to hear Darren. Bandit is doing great here in Upstate New York. He has treed two caged coon that I released to him. He also needs one win on the bench for show champion. Has a head full of brains and a great nose! Taking him out tonight with the older dog. Will keep everyone posted on his progress. How is everyone else's pup doing off this cross??

Sent Darren a video yesterday on my May Belle female on a caged coon. She has a nice mouth and was coon crazy!! Both her and Sledge go crazy on them. I think I may end up with a couple of nice prospects.
