No luck at the Zones, tied with another dog first night and got beat on a scorecard tie breaker..... The second night we had a dead cast and NO NO NO Bawl did not get SCRATCHED as UKC had posted, one dog was scratched for handler not treeing his dog, the other withdrew after his dog got hurt and quit hunting the third dog let the hour get him when time out was called. Bawl hunted the last 8 min. by himself and we found him after the hunt was over 950 yards away still hunting, dropped him 6 times that night and never got a bark so he ended up with 0 on the card, not scratched for all those who keep calling and asking what happen!!! Thanks UKC for the screw up!!!!!

Randall, that whole litter acts like that, Joe did a great job raising this litter and the good reports just keep coming in on these BAWL pups, I am ready for some of them to show up in the hunts next spring. Brian, what kind of hunt is it??? all I have at the house is ole' BAWL and a 3 month old pup out of him and Joe Burns KATE dog. My MUSKET pup (BAWL X HOPE) is 9 months old now and down at Willie Thrifts in south Ga. getting started, he is the same guy that help me get BAWL going when he was a pup. We need to set up a pleasure hunt with you and Rodney. Ya'll are welcome up here anytime. I have lots of places to turn them loose. Good Luck

Want to thank MR. Murry Regan for taking BAWL and I on a fun hunt last night. I had a great time, Got to see his Dottie dog go, she has one of the best locates of any female I have been with and is super loud on the tree, I know she has been breed to some of the best Stud dogs out there, I am sure her pups will start showing up in the winners circle, she already has a Gr.Nt. out of her cross with GUN, I know he will not be the last.... Good Luck and Thanks again Murry

PS: Murry has a couple of great looking pups left for sale out of Dottie and Jack should be a great cross.. If your looking for a pup this would be a good place to start.

Travis,
I had Ivy running loose yesterday afternoon with my old male dog. I forgot to put them up before it got dark. Needless to say my male dog took her hunting. I found them 2.2 miles away from the house treed on a big den. Yes Ivy was treeing with him. I'm not sure if she knew what she was doing or not. But she what she was suppose to do. She has never seen a coon or hide of any kind.

Kenny, that is great news.... Bawl has about 50 pups out there from a year old down to the last litter which your pup is off of... I have got good reports on several pups from each litter, it is my opinion that if 2 out of 10 turn out then BAWL is doing his part but only time will tell... Good Luck with SEMO IVY BLUE.... I love the name.

First, let me thank everyone for all the phone calls and text with support for me and BAWL. It was a blast to make the finals,,, sorry we did not make a deeper run, but there are no easy cast at this hunt. I hope we represented the English breed well. Thanks again guys, maybe we can make it back next year.
