He text me and said Magic is getting it done on the moon light nights. Treed two singles and last night he treed one. He has his 4 year old son out so they didn't go for long.
I believe he is happy hunting him and I am happy Magic is getting in the woods.

Corey Smith called me and told me his young male off Magic and Maggie caught two single coons on the ground the other night. That is impressive in any mans book. He just turned a year old Nov 11 th.

Magic young males are putting the coons on the limb. I love hearing about them every night they seem to do something even better. Corie and Tyler are all fired up and my text messages are blowing up every time the get one up alone.

Corey text me last night he said he cut his male loose and he went in about 100 yard fell treed with the meat. I like those layup dogs.

Maybe I should breed Maggie back to Maggie.

I think the two males off Magic will be in the hunts this Spring. I hope they do a lot of winning. They are 13 months old now and putting them out on the limb alone every night.

Today is Magic's 9th birthday. People don't wait till he is gone to say you wish you would have bred to him. He as come from a line of accurate coon treeing hounds on both sides and he can still get it done no problem with weather, moon, or what ever elements keep us home.
