Nope , they are going to get away with it they think. But there are other ways to deal with people like that. Took ANNIE out with a man that brought his female over to see BOATER last night . ANNIE was on her game and tree two real quick and BOATER got his Job done. Hopefully he will put some honest coon dogs on the ground. First two litters turned out fairly decent so maybe these will. I like walking to a tree with a coon in it. YOU TAKE CARE TOM

Shot dog

How and why could someone not be held responsible for killing your dog . This i do not understand . When people can get in trouble for killing there own dogs . You might have to go to the media and get ears to open up in your county . Contact your local news paper . Also get the game warden to supervise that area for suspected poachers , people hunting after hrs , or any thing could be mentioned you think is going on illegal . They will have to look into most complaints .

Already talked to the warden, he said put trespassing signs up. I allready knew that, but what are you goning to do. Just sit back and wait someone will make a mistake . I don't forget there will be a day. You hunting much?I hate to say it but only been out once, ANNIE and BOATER both know how to tree a coon so we will wait for it to get tough. Talk at you later TOM

Dogs

Been hunting few nights a week , dogs are getting coon hair and that makes a dog hunt harder. After a hard weeks work i sure enjoy my pay check , and think dogs reward is praise from master and the sense of accomplishment . You have to look at the up side of life Tom you are way above the people who do you wrong . Please do not lower your self to their level .

Hunted boss by himself last night,,,not much happened on first drop,,,but second drop he struck out of a cornfield,,crossed the creek and ran one about 300 yards before it went in the ground,,,,does not say a lot unless it's pretty warm,,,had deer all around him ,,,watched an 8 point cross right in front of him and he went on with the coon,,,he has yet to mess with a deer and he has had plent of oppurtunities,,,love his mouth,,,,as good as I have ever heard

Glad to hear that, not much going on around here. Got the gout and that really slows you down. Hope to get all better for the winter classic but who knows . I've only been out one time since season came in but hope to change that soon. Went over to the polaris dealer and ordered doors and a heater for the ranger, should make it a lot better for me. You take care TOM

Sure do

But I'd have to get the name from Bub. They are going to breed her to Boater when she comes in. Jeff has a male out of that litter that is doing good job. TOM

Nice looking litter of pups and bred right . you keeping the whole litter? Hunted ANNIE last night 13 degrees with frost and no problem treeing coons. Got a little blue female back out of BOATER and ANNIE have a lot of hope for her ,she has a lot going for her but time will tell.I'm just about ready to get the dogs out' the deer hunters are done now so it is my turn. Sold Gator to a young man in St Louis about three weeks ago, told him to bring him back if he didn't like him. He is still gone so I quess he liked him. Should have kept him but I can only handle so many. TOM
