I've been in the timber enough to know one of those nights when I see one. Trust me, I was perfectly ok with my dog in the box with a coon under him and Brandys respective belt for the evening. When a night starts rough and continues to downgrade, sometimes it's best to pull the plug and reload for tomorrow night. lol.

The double Dutch had was sweet though.

Gimme a yell when hide season gets in.

We only turned Pepper out on one more dump after we talked and he smoked another one but got hung up on a fence from hell. He looked as good as any 7 month old pup in the country. We need too get magic back and make the cross again.

Good deal. Sounds like he is ready to be singled out and hunted on his own. I never took champ out last night. Treed 9 from 8:30 to 1:30. Over all not a bad night other than looking at a couple empties where they fell short. I guess as bright and dry that it was that can be expected.

That's a pretty awsome picture. He looks like he has grown some. Champ isn't going to be as big as I thought but man is he loud.

10 inches of snow what the hell. That's not cool. Hopefully it won't last.


Champ split treed the other night had 2 coon. Shot one down to him and left the other one for next time.

Pepper has really got big, for awhile i thought he was going to be the runt but he is huge now. I wish he would use his mouth like i know he can. On track he isnt bawling like he can but he can sure tree.

Champ man is coming on strong!!!!

Had a great hunt last night. Champ split treed twice. Once on a den and the other was with mr. coon. Second drop he actually located first. Last drop they got in a ways, dutch and brandy treed, and on our way in champ located and starting treeing about 50 yards to left. So we went to him first and shot his coon down to him and gave him a little treat. Then went to dutch and brandy and they had a double.

Ya should be around friday night for sure. Not sure about sat. Suppose to head up north for a thanksgiving, but I haven 't decided if I'm going or not. I'm leaning towards not going. I have a date with a big 9 pointer. He got by once and I don't plan on letting him by again.lol I doubt I'll be able to show any dogs off but I could put you in some easy walking for sure.lol

C, Pepper treed two ahead of my old dog tonight. The first he ran the heck out of it and slammed the tree. I was impressed. The next dump he ran something really fast and ended up coming back........hmmmmmm! third dump layed up but i could not find the coon. Next dump a short hot track and treed hard with the meat.

Corey you guys been able to get out and hunt or is the wind been keeping you in it's been 7 days since i've been out last time out storm came in and poured buckets of rain down. Blue held the tre for awhile until it poured and then we couldn't hear himor find him. when it stop he was still there but no coon. Think he might have left when the rain came and tried to tree it again when it stop. He really wasn't hittin near as hard as when the storm hit.It's just been way to windy here goin try tonight though.
