Elmo all my females are in heat right now. Heck I have only had Mann out once in the past three weeks. I am actually nursing a foot injury as well. Poured 40yds of concrete in my shop/kennels two weekends ago. Had a hole in my left boot that allowed concrete in. The concrete chemical burned two layers of skin off the left side of my heel. Needless to say it is slow healing and hard to walk to far with a boot on. It is getting better but still tells me it is there!

Brain Davis thank you fo bringing such a nice female over and breeding to my Mann dog. This should make a nice cross for sure. Brian if she does pup and there are a few I do know of some big hunters out of Tennessee and Alabama wanting two out of the blood Mann has in him. I can not think of a better female to send them out of. Good luck in putting her couple last Nite. Ch and HTX wins on her.

Glad we could get them together. I hope its a good cross, time will tell. Im going to try to get her in the hunts before she starts getting big. Well my foot is 70% healed and I am chomping at the bit to put my hounds back in the woods after 4weeks of lay-off! I know the hounds are looking at me like "What the Heck man?" These cool fall nights get the blood running a little quicker in me. I cannot stand it any longer, lame or not I am going! I am going to test my foot out tonight and give these hounds some exercise. They will be full of energy, so lord be with me

Daniel I'm trying. I have to get in drained Tuesday which is not going to be fun that is for sure. Plenty of blood from the tear so they need to drain and get the swelling down.
Lumber is looking pretty darn good if I have to say so myself.

Everyone Mann'S 2014 Performance dues are paid up. He is here for inspection if anyone would like to see him go. I will be taking Mann to the vet soon just for a checkup to make sure all his bell's and whistles are in good working order. So hopefully that will be a good piece of mine.
Mann is having a good season so far. If the weather would work with us a little more it would be even better.
My families condolence go out to the late Mike Chor's family from Lead Hill Arkansas. Mike was a great blue dog man. He knew his hounds and had some dandy's! His hounds sure left a positve mark in my kennel's. Merry Christmas all and please have safe travels!

Weather is getting ready to turn bad so I hope it won't be the end of our season to soon that is for sure. We need to make a point to hunt soon. Sounds like Ditch Witch is doing it quick fast and in a hurry. She has been like that since she was 6 months old so you already know you have a winner.

Bring those projects on Elmo, I like fooling with those pups. We have had awful good luck with your hounds running loose on my place. As for Dottie, she is doing a good job Elmo! I have not had any off game issues with her at all and she is a lot of the time the first to locate and set down on a tree ahead of other hounds. She must have just wanted to "smell pretty" for Charlie while she was over at his place?
All three of my hounds seem to be clicking, I am just having a hard time getting them in the woods night after night with this weather! I would like to put another 30 nights worth of coons out on them before season ends. Time will tell. Hey Merry Christmas to everyone and safe hunting and travels!
