Turned a coon loose to that pup i got from you the other night. She trailed ahead of a older dog and was waiting at the tree. She still has a lot of play in her but not bad for the 4th trip to the woods.

WV Coal turned 6 months, Showed him his FIRST coon ever. Just let him out of the kennel and let him roam find it himself. After a couple of checks he laid into it. Click Video.

Coal update ~
So I took him to the woods about an hour & 1/2 before dark,
1) Cut him loose and gone, He took off like he had done this before... Nice !! (Excluding rabbits and a couple drags at the house)
2) He kept his nose to the ground the whole time.... Don't care what kinda track just want him to see him get on one at this time.
3) He has picked a track and as I stand there he starts checking trees, Only 2 trees but he actually tracked to the tree up on the wood, looked, smelled and moved on. This is all natural to him. He has never been worked on a tree.
This is going to be a FUN spring !!!!

idk i don't really wana keep two dogs but i'd like to hunt her for a while. If my phone could send videos i'd show you her treeing on a drag and barking at a cage coon. She has a aswesome mouth for a little female.

well I started another 1 out of scar and zoe last nite he is 6months old and last nite was the 1st time in the woods . It started out slow he was being a puppie. then the older dogs open up and he was gone. Where they went was real rough with briars, then i look on the garmin and he made it to them. It took us 2.5 hours to get to them.
We herd him several times but could'nt get there fast enough. But he was there. I truely think he is going to make it.[of course it is going to be a long ride i no] them briars was like a wall most "dogs" would have never gone in there, more less stay.
I was proud of him. he has get up and go about him i like

That pup i got is 6 month old and was running around the house last night and got treed with a coon. She found it herself on a coon feeder then all of sudden she locked up treed and had him.

Marv ole Jancie will have two Grand Nites soon. Sally has four wins toward grand and lee's has two, plus theres another nt.ch. stefon has and they got one that just needs a first. Great cross, sally is my favorite dog I have ever owned, and probally the only one I would ever price because I would quit if someone bought her. She is one of those females that you feel is unbeatable which I know any can be beat but she will take you down to the wire if you do beat her. I can't wait to see how the cross comes out that Lee will make on Scar. Should be a super cross. Of course that last one we bought got hit by a car and she was going to make a good one as well. I think my nephew is going to hunt sally in the walker days pup hunt if he can, are you hunting anything lee or just going up to visit.
