ME TOO. THIS IS PROBABLY THE HARDEST THING IVE EVER BEEN THROUGH AS FAR AS OUR DOGS HAVE BEEN CONCERNED.

EVERYTIME I CONVINCE MYSELF THAT I'M NOT GOING TO GET HIM BACK OR EVER SEE HIM AGAIN, AND I START TO COME TO GRIPS WITH REALITY, SOMEONE CALLS OR E-MAILS OR SOMETHING WITH WHAT COULD BE A LEAD, AND THEN IT TURNS OUT NOT TO BE ACE, AND I HAVE TO START WITH THE HEARTACHE ALL OVER AGAIN.

I KNOW THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING TO REMIND ME. A PICTURE, A DOG THAT LOOKS LIKE ACE. A DOG THAT SOUNDS LIKE ACE.

I KNOW THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING, AND THAT HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS, BUT HOW DO YOU EVER TRULY GET OVER IT?
