It was 2.70 here where I live.And just 20 minutes away.There are 2 gas stations that have it for 2.45 a gallon.Why they are doing this I have no clue.

Yeah we could all try the gas strike but if you think about it they will just make up the money lost from that day the next day because you have to get gas.

Had a gas station with a bad pump.People were filling up a tank for 8-9 cents. gas was less than a penny per gallon on that pump! Several filled up before management figured out something was wrong.

they are $2.83 for regular. If I read the higher prices, I pass out. Kinda like I do when I go in to pay the bill, lol. Bought me a brand new 2006 scooter yesterday to go to work in & do my odds & ends running in. Gave hubby a choice $1200 for a real purty paint molly Mule, broke for coonhunting deluxe or $1299 for a scooter. He said go the scooter route. $3.00 of gas goes alot farther then a bale of $3.00 hay does. More bam for my buck I guess theory.

I DO know where there are 2 very beautiful well broke coonhunting Mules for sale here in central PA. Both of them are mollies & are broke, broke!

I live in northeast Ohio and the last time i filled up it was 2.89 a gallon. I spoke to my mom yesterday and she lives in Pheonix AZ and she said she paid 3.05.
I think it a crying shame that there are countries in South america who are using the ethenol fuels and are paying less than a buck a gallon. The United States is suppose to be the super power, why are we behind in this technology. pretty sad if you ask me. it boils down to the all might buck.

Gas is $3.07 per gallon here but gas sales Tuesdays = $3.02

It is aoubt 2.65 here in MO. It has dropped over .20 cents in the past week.

I heard on the news that the US government made more money from their taxes on fuel (@ 40-50% of the price) than the oil companies did. If they really wanted to lower the cost just lower the tax, we could also just tell the tree huggers to get bent and build more refineries and drill in Alaska and off the coast.

Here's something to think about. It dawned on me when I was paying $2.95 last night.

Ya know how when you are trying to ease the pump to an even number by just clicking the handle a little at a time? You ain't fast enough to click off 1 cent at $3 per gallon! $50.01 to fill up a Toyota, somethings gotta give.
