Davis's White River Buster

High Scoring dog in the all blue hunt on Thursday night at the 2016 Fall Roundup at West Plains, MO.

Congratulations to Richard Edinger for making the cross and to David Cobb for the hunting he has put on him, and Congratulations to the owner Phil Davis for keeping him tuned up. He's got a big mouth and runs to catch and you don't have to hesitate to tree him. He'll be there when you get there.

He's out of Mike Hurt's Pink Floyd dog in Kansas, that is out of Mose and his mother is one of Richard Edinger's females. Richards dogs did very well at the Roundup this year. Buster was high scoring dog on Thursday night and Richard got Queen of hunt with his Kate female. Richard would be the man to talk to about these dogs he's been cranking out some nice dogs for several years.

Buster

I would like to thank Phil for selling me Buster. I have already had a call about breeding him and am sorry but don't plan on putting him at stud at this time. I want to finish him out and enjoy hunting for a while before turning him over to the girls.

Bob & I are getting toward the end of having very many top hounds to hunt. I sure hope Buster is one for Bob.

Might have misunderstood Phil but I think he said a years trial or full refund if not completely satisfied. Now my hearing is not what it used to be.

Buster

Put on a coon treeing show in these Tennessee hills last night. I would like to say that he was exactly as Phil and Dennis decried him. I hope to enjoy several years of hunting him. It cost me 30 dollars each time I go hunting as I have to pay someone to sit with my mother and brother ole Buster is making that not seem as bad.

U can't wear him out Bob. I hunted the hair off him. He will be just as strong an hour before daylight as he was an hour after dark. Better buy you some tennis shoes if ur gona follow him this winter on bad nights. Owned 3 dogs in 45 yrs, that could tree rough coon like he does. One of um has been dead 20 yrs an the other one is the Dan dog I sold to Jason willet in arkansas. That had big motors to. Lol left one out the bell female out of Richard edingers Abraham dog. She had a huge mouth to go with it. Loudest female I ever owned

Yeah

I know what you're saying David if there are coon around he will slow down and tree them but if not he's going hunting at a high rate of speed.

Ritchie, you can contact Richard Edinger(918) 906-6685 about the sisters. He raised the litter.

Both nights at BBOA Bluetick days at Batesville. MS in May. The moon was bright and the trees were huge on the Mississippi delta bottom that we were hunting. Buster looked really good, but we didn't get any wins. Then all 3 nights at the BBCHA Fall Roundup. That's where we picked up the first place win on Thursday night, but didn't have any luck Friday or Saturday night. So, 5 hunts total. He is action packed and fun to hunt. I'm going to miss hunting with him.

Bob. Richard bred busters sister to gauge. I have the only make out of the litter. Him an his sisters was, treeing cats at 8 weeks old. I turned a coon loose for my male pup at 4 1/2 mos old he took it 540 yds an had it. First one he ever seen an he was alone. Turned him another one loose 2 nights ago an he treed it. Just biding my time with him till about April then I'm gona, roll him. Super nice cross. Richard's will blow the bark off a,tree akso. Tree dogs with strong mouths. I was done trying to find a blue dog till I met Richard. They will be deep an lonely. Nothing better than having to go to one of them split deep better like going to trees by your self. My kind of hounds. Better like walking when coon ain't moving good

Is back home now and looking good on some really rough tracks. I couldn't hunt him here until mr. Eddie Muse put a handle on him for me. He had no reverse if coon weren't stirring.
