vienna sausage

The next time you start to eat a can of vienna sausage(pony peckers) you just might want to look at the cholestrol level per serving, then see how many servings are in a can. Might want to jog to the next tree.
Still looking for a woman that can get the middle vienna out with a pocketknife without breaking it. She would be a keeper for sure.

That's one of the more premium cuts of meat in there, The ingredients get a little questionable after that. LOL

It has about the same taste except you form into a loaf in a bread pan then you slice it and brown it in a skillet then most people eat it with syrup or karo. Atleast that's how we always eat it.

If I ever come visit up there. I'll bring the Vienna sausages and potted meat and stuff. Y'all can cook me some of that? Y'all not eat spam either? I figure its about same as potted meat in a harder form What about Beenie weenies? All that is is Vienna cut up in little bits and soaked in porkin beans. Y'all can't tell me you don't like them.

souse meat

A slice of good homemade souse meat on a cracker with a drop of vinegar ain't bad. Vienna sausage, potted ham, sardines and beanie weenies, with crackers and vinegar and mustard have been the staples of many hunting camps and fishing trips.

Blind robins are smoked herring with the flavor and consistency of a blue gill left laying in the sun all day but for some reason they grow on you after you've eaten them for so long LOL
Souse is chunked up pickled pigs feet and some vegetable ingredience in a jell like the jell that's on the outside of a canned ham formed into a loaf and you slice it like lunch meat.
I'm gettin hungry talking about this! i think I'm going to go buy me some pickled pigs feet or some souse on my way home. LOL

hahahha never could bring myself to try pickled pigs feet or sardines. I hated spam growing up but didn't get a choice when it's all you have. Still crave beanie weinies now et then.
