Our Warranty at Nite Rider Hollow
1 Year Full and 2 Year Full Warranty: Our full warranty covers the batteries and switches on our lights for the length of the full warranty. The full

Battery Packs must remain properly charger per the instructions provided with the light. Your battery pack may not be covered if it is submerged in
water, under charged, over charged, replaced, punctured, or misused.
You are responsible for shipping the light to us at your cost. We pay all return shipping for any warranty work.
IMPORTED LIGHTS: The full warranty on imported lights covers normal use. Parts and repair are free. Shipping is required both ways by the buyer.
This does not cover chargers, pop covers, car chargers, screws, etc. If your light cannot be repaired, you will be shipped a new one. If your model is
no longer available, a new one with similar or better specs will be shipped as a replacement. This option is at the sole discretion of Nite Rider
Hollow.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers every part of the light for the entire life of the light or until those parts are no longer
being produced. Parts that are no longer available may be upgraded to newer parts at the cost of the customer. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is
transferable. It remains with the light until the light is disposed of. This warranty covers pouches, screws, leds, walk lights, lenses, housings,
pouches, batteries, set screws, boxes, cords, wiring, cables, etc. It encompasses the entire build of the light. The parts are sold to the customers at
below wholesale. There is no labor charge.
Some parts are proprietary and to protect our products from those who intend to copy our lights we may require that the light be shipped to us for
repair. You are responsible for shipping the light to us and for return shipping.
IMPORTED LIGHTS: The limited Lifetime on imported lights allows you to purchase a new import at wholesale cost if your light cannot be repaired.
We do stock part for all lights but as new models are released, parts may not be available.
Sure seems like an awful lot of stuff listed to void the warranty?
Myself, I like it simple---If I buy a light and something goes wrong with it due to the workmanship of building it, it gets fixed or replaced, no questions asked. If it is due to tampering or abuse, it could get fixed with a small fee.....
If I see a lot of void if, void if, it usually will keep me from buying that product......
