 5 days shy of 8 month old

Tank opened @ a 100 yards moved this track down a creek bed 200 plus yards
than up a hollow another 80-100 yards & fell "TREED"
I am not going to have any trouble hearing this guy

 Tank swam in the Water Race @ Mahaffey,Pa

Tank swam 80 yards of the 100 yards before he ran out of steam



He won Line &Tree in his heat in the Field Trial but lost in the finals
He is hanging in there with the big dogs (2 days shy of 8 months old)

You did a great job raising these pups! I see a lot of potential in Sammy's offspring. Paul is not one to jump on the bandwagon and push a dog for stud, he lets the offspring do the talking. Research shows that everything Sammy has been bred to has produced nice dogs! I am excited to get a Sammy litter off my little blue Rae dog. And I am glad I can work ole Buck Fever for Paul he is such a good natured pup and personable he has me wanting to go nite after nite, and man he is green yet but fun to hunt! He learns quick and a head full of sense. Oh Lord what a mouth he is loud and sounds like a rutting bull!

Daryl I sure wish I lived closer I sure do miss the field trials and water races very few places around do them anymore. I could be your back up handler LOL!

He has a long way to go but he is a pup. As his experience and confidence grows he will range further and check in less. I like a dog that checks in and can be caught. He has the tree down and workin on tracks but he has the right qualities just takes time. So far he has chopped on track but the other night in the corn he used that big bawl mouth! As it gets cooler he will progress and we plan some cornfield races!
