I am mark brackett i live in morganton nc, and i am trying to build up my bloodline. I have a nice male dog that has been hunted and tested all across the state and most of my hunts have taken place on public land for the simple fact that is the only places i have left to hunt. Ol Buford is a dual champ and has all the stuff to become a grand. he is truly a grand to me and my family. I really appreciate it I have been lucky and truly blessed to wind up with such good looking hounds. I hope to improve the breed with the pups produced from my hounds. I would like to stud ol Buford out if anyone is interested. I sure would like to see some pups come off him from different blood lines. I will have some pics of my female here in a few days.

which one of Buford's brothers have you hunted with? if you know anyone with a nice female I will do them right on the stud fee.

I really appreciate the kind words and helpful replies and phone calls. Buford is still up for stud if anyone happens to be interested im not looking to make a living off of stud fees just to hopefully better the bluetick breed. Bob and got these 2 dogs around the same time and we kept up with each your allot there hunting styles seem to be pretty much the same. And the man that owned there mother kept a male out of this cross that he said money could not buy!!!!!
I believe these 2 will throw some nice pups if given the chance...

thanks a lot bob I really appreciate the pics of jed he is a fine looking hound I had a pup that looked a lot like him that I kept and started out of the second litter I raised out of Buford and gin. He was sure to make a nice hound. The pups I have raised out of Buford and gin have all made really nice looking dogs. Good luck to you and jed in the future. Went for a couple hours last night just to test out my young pup. we made two den trees and decided to call it a night lol. All in all I was pleased with the work that he did I think he is going to be a chip of his old pop.

Buford is still up for stud fellas stud fee is no charge, may be interested in a pup out of the cross. Females must be registered and good looking in the timber. If anyone is interested my number is 828-443-8684.Like I have said before I am not looking to make a living off of stud fees just to raise some nice pups out of Buford that hopefully give credit back to the breed.
