Those are good Pics Lee. How have you been? I just got back from a week long preceptorship in Crossville TN. I was in internal medicine at the hospital there. I did slip off and go huntin twice though LOL. Had a good hunt both nights.

I can tell you, she can smoke Hank when she has her mind right!

She gets a little stubborn some times, and wants to do what she wants to do, not what we want her to do!!!

Let's just say that Saturday night, she SMOKED our buddy's redbone that is a NTCH.

I mean smoked! 15 1/2lb coon. The NTCH wouldnt even settle on a tree, he kept running around treeing on 30 different trees!

I was a proud mama!!!

Alan I took Snap out for a drop I think on last Thu night. She was wild as a bessy bug. I pulled her and another young dog off a den tree early in the night and then hunted the young dog alone the rest of the night. Seems like our coon been gettin out later on in the night the past 2 weeks. Shes on a strick diet too lol

Took Big Girl and Hank out last night. Turned them lose with a friends 15 month old Redbone puppy. Big Girl went left, Hank went right. 5 minutes later Hank was treed on a possum! Big Girl wouldnt even bark!!

Next turn lose, friends older dog struck first, and Hank and the Red pup treed on the bucket tree. Nothing in it. Here comes Big Girl, trailing around, she smells up to the bucket tree, gets up on it, blows a bit, then goes on. Well, about 30 foot away, she gets up on this tree, and lets those 3 long locates fly and sets down treed.

SHE HAD THE COON!!!

Tickled the dog crap out of me!! If she keeps going this week like she has, we'll be hunting her at Murphy instead of Hank this weekend!!!

here is gr. nt. ch moores smokin joe and his son doc treed in the hills of mt. olive, alabama a few yrs ago. they are schenker bred and both are deceased. we treed many coon following these two.
