Friend of mine has a female that was gun shy when she was younger she would stretch the lead as tight as she could get it, lay down and shake like an earth quake til the coon hit the ground. He never really did anything to break her from it though, she just kinda got over it. He just made sure she was always tied at the tree before any shots were fired.
she is 8 months old very jumpy not sure why she is breed awesome, i hit two feed bowls together and she lays down doesnt really shake ,but dont like it one bit,thinking about taking her to work with me in the dog box, i work on a construction site so lots of loud noises, think that might help ???? fig she might hear them all day and be like , ok i hear the noises and they are not hurting me
