I can see it now -

There will be a larger crowd outside the gate "smokin'" than inside the bench show! lol
Are you sure this isn't a "no smoking inside any building" rule? That would make alot more sense.

Looks like it is time to move Autumn Oaks to a new place since Indiana seems to not want the smokin coonhunters business anymore. I dont smoke but that law is about as ridiculous as they come.

Tobacco Companies provide a great deal of high paying jobs in this country and they hav boosted our economy for years. I say that if I dont want my kid to breath in your second hand smoke while OUTSIDE then it is my job to keep my kid away from you and not let him invade your space. Inside is a different story.

I hope UKC sees this as a wake up call and moves AO to a new place next year.

No smoking in public places! Moving to Ohio won't help!

I no longer smoke but if I did that is a rule I would gladly and totally ignore. 10,000 people, prolly artleast a fourth of them smoke. What they gonna do? Throw out 2000 people? Were it not for a thing called solidarity, the Polish would still be sending their taxes to Russia.

I don't smoke, but why should people that don't smoke have to smell and breath second hand smoke. If you want to smoke leave the grounds. I for one like my healthy lungs

now think about this you want to move AO just because you cant smoke on the grounds, you may want to think about your habit then, either chew or does all a favor and quit smoking, our city went to no smoking in public places one of the best things they have done no i can eat in a restuarant without inhaling that crap

I don't really have a problem with people smoking outside, although i don't have a problem with it banned either. No one should be allowed to smoke in any public place that is inside. You want to smoke in your own home fine, public buildings should be banned everywhere.

I don't smoke and I wish no one smoked. That said, I will fight for your right to smoke. This is a prime example of one segment of the population FORCING it's will on the rest of the population.

What's NEXT? Hunting, fishing, farming, tanning, fast food, what car you drive, what you wear, and I could go on and on.

Where does it stop? Germany started it a little at a time and look where it took them!

I feel like I have a right for clean fresh air while being INSIDE any public place. Outside I don't have a problem with smoking, I can always walk away.

If there gonna ban 1 then it should be ALL tobacco products. I do both so gonna get hit either way. BUT which is worse, SPIT hits the ground for people to step in, whereas SMOKE rises with the wind out of reach!!!

I agree with most, if they are going to continue this policy UKC should consider moving it, banning smoking OUTSIDE IS WRONG.

It is discrimination to the smoker.
