After reading a number of posts where someone had to put their best dog down due to failing health now it is my turn.
On 01/16/07 late in the evening the vet was summoned to the home and the World Show Champion of 1996 Meyers Patent Pending "aka JET' was laid to rest, Jet was liked by some disliked by others but hated by none. He brought Two families together who have enjoyed one another for a long time even though we live states apart.
In closing I would like to say thanks three times
1 - Thanks to James Shelnutt for selling me Jet.
2 - Thanks to Mike Seets without him we would not have won the World not once but TWICE one with Jet the other with his son Thanks Mike
3 - Thanks JET for the memories they will go with me to my grave.

It is Never, Ever easy to lose one. When we have to make the choice it is even harder at times. We have had to make that choice a few times and even when we Know it's right and the Best thing for the animal it is still heart breaking. May those memories bring you smiles and warm your heart.
