I know the numbers but how many did they miss out on because of it.

What about some of buzz Anderson's old dogs, they where linebreed back to old MT music blue n blaze.

I think the breed missed out on several nice old dogs of the yester years jmo. its funny some times to think that a dog must be dead before it gets recognition.

Wayne, you did a fine job on the Bluebook and I thank you for that. I have also found the owl face came from Vaughn.

I have been to Mr. Anderson's house and his line will throw a few but not many owl face. They will throw more black than anything else. Mr. Anderson is a fine man.

Got to hunt with two monkey faced dogs tonight. Monkey faced dog got treed and my utchman female split from him. Sure wouldn't mind having a little monkey faced dog crossed on some utchman blood

To answer your question, none that I am aware of.

Personally, once I started caring less about looks & more about ability, the quality of the potlickers kenneled out back went up a notch. Got a couple of those monkey faced models now that can tree some of these old sick woodlot coons now & again. All I need now is for them to be internet accurate & I'll have something! LOL
