She did finish a track with the old dog after she was sprayed, but will it still affect her sense of smell a while? I was just wonderin. thakns....

Skunk spray of any amount won't hurt their smell even right after getting sprayed .

She will stink for weeks and weeks ... when you think it's gone it will come back when she gets wet .

Justin's right, I've seen dogs get sprayed and 15 minutes later be looking at a coon. I don't know how they can do it, but I've seen it!!

If your hound dog got sprayed and still stinks, try this:

Mix 1 quart peroxide
1 cup baking soda
1/4 cup liquid soap

Scrub the dog with mixture, making sure you don't get any in the
dogs eyes. Rinse well. This works!!!

Ya I have heard that worked on the smell.

My dad claims that even if a dog gets sprayed bad they still can smell a old coon track and run it.
