UKC has always been the registry I preferred but just can’t understand what the deal is with getting paperwork from them. I on line paper papers on a litter the 29th of May and had a confirmation reply and number everything was in order. I called the 8th day of July and lady said everything was good and she would be sending them out that day. Here it is the 18th and still no papers. I sent a registration in on a male I bought only liking 2 wins making him Grand and was wanting to finish him in my name and hunt him at Autumn Oaks. Sent to both registries the same day have had one back since the 24th of June but still no papers on him from UKC. Just don’t understand

I just had a similar experience.I messed up and didnt send back the email with sire and dam verification info.I didnt see the email but i could have missed it.It was the first time ive registered a litter online.After getting that staightened out The nice man on the phone said it would be 2 or 3 weeks and i got the papers back in 3 weeks.I do think doing registration online is the way to go if you do it correctly.People will have to realize what ever the reasons ukc is slow.

I hate computers and I don't think it's right that most of the world is trying to force people to do everything with computers, emails and such!

Im old and never owned a computer but do know how to operate a smart phone.Ukc online registration was simple and id bet quicker but be sure you send back the verification email.Im curious how long it would have took if id sent back the email like i was suppose to.

Just sent some off myself and I’m sure it’s going to be 3-4 months tell I get it back.. that is if they don’t lose it.. Your scenario is a PRIME example of why no one believes it gets lost in the mail. Especially when hunt reports don’t get lost to the level that these papers do. I don’t understand it either, the registration department is really the only bad thing you hear people talk on UKC about, why not fix it and quit coming up with excuses. I hope mine don’t get “Lost”.
