I only got to meet Wimp once in my life and it was at his home a few years ago. My good friend Chuck Henson from Mississippi took me there to meet him, see his magazine collection and talk dogs. He said, you're gonna be glad you did !! He was right, and it was one trip I'll never forget!
Wimp treated me like he had knew me forever. A special guy he was.
I'm so thankful I got my picture taken with him and got to talk hounds with him for the short time we spent. As many know Wimp has an Amazing ORGANIZED collection of old bloodlines, Am Cooners etc . I was blessed to be given an old bloodlines mag that had the sire on the front cover to a female I own. Attached are a few photos I took while there, If youve been to Wimps these photos will mean more to you than others.
I'm not a walker dog man but If I had been just getting into the sport I'm most certain I'd be leading around a Skuna River dog.
What a true houndsman our Sport has lost.
My condolences to all family members for your loss.

- Im not sure if there is any kind of special ceremony set in place for the upcoming Winter Classic honoring Mr Aron, but there should be.
