Help! Needed. Dogs went backwards

I have a 4 coming 5 redbone. He has been a tremendously accurate hound. For several seasons I seen 2 to 3 singles a night then about November 2022 he went to missing a bunch and really just not showing interest. He don’t take correction very well and shuts down. Up until this point has been a once in a lifetime hound. I have had him checked at vet for all the thyroid and tick diseases but all checked out good. How do I get my hound back to being accurate and hunting right? It’s been almost a year since he was doing it right. I sold all the dogs I was trying to fill his void with and want to focus on getting him back.
