Senate Bill 876.

Originally, SB 876 expanded all dog breeder licensing but after hearing from sportsmen the bill was amended to include an exemption for sporting dog hobby breeders, Starting on September First 2023 to sell one puppy you have to be Texas State License To have 4 females dogs or more on your Land does not matter if you breed them are not You still have to have a state License , Hunting dogs and cow dogs are exemption for now , But you mark it down when they come back to the capital in 2 years theses bunch of tree huger will be their with a new bill to include all cow and hunting dogs , Thin when they get that passed thin they will come back to stop all hunting with dogs , Men we have got to do some thin .The way I see it we have 2 years to work on stopping this, once they get it passed it will be their for ever.
