Mine took about two weeks maybe from pkc and atmeast a month from Ukc. This year.

I mailed my papers on May 4th and the check cleared June 28th so I expect mine any day now. If you did not send the price on the back of the papers plus an extra $5.00 your papers will be on hold until you send the extra $5.00. They went up on the fee.

Yes it did the same with me. The application is dated and the fee since the application was printed has raised $5. So they will contact you and wait for approval to charge the extra $5 before they send and finish the papers. If you include the extra $5 up front you won’t get delayed for that.

Mailed off pups papers on 4/6. UKC mailed them to me on 6/6. Received them today 6/30. I think the postal service needs to get a new string of ponys

I filled my litter registration out online on A Thursday two weeks ago and had my UKC papers the following Friday. Filled PKC out and mailed those in and had them within two weeks. The main thing is double check Everything to make sure you have filled it out correctly and paying the right amount. I have never had a problem getting papers back pretty quick. I think the ones that are waiting for over a month or more filled something out wrong or sent the wrong amount. I do pay the extra 40 bucks for rush service. I feel like all the money you have invested in a litter up to that point, 40 more bucks is Cheap to insure you have all your papers in hand when pups are ready to go to new homes.

On April 17 I mailed papers for the same dog to UKC and PKC. As of today (July 24) neither has received the papers in the mail. I've had more trouble with mail in the last year than I can shake a stick at. If I don't get the papers by Autumn Oaks I'll file for duplicate papers.

Paul, I feel your pain! I get my paper through the mail and over the 4th of July weekend I had mail delivered on Friday 30 June, none on Saturday 1 July, none on Monday 3 July, of course none on the 4th and a box full on the 5th.

The UKC papers I just got were mail stamped on 28 June and I received them 15 July.

I sent out papers to UKC on 07/17/23 from the local US Post Office here in southern Ohio. I paid extra for the tracking so I would know when they were delivered. As of today (08/01/23), they are somewhere “in transit”. They departed Grand Rapids, Michigan on 07/20/23. I’m not sure where they’re transiting to but it must be one long ride?
