Non hunting judge ?

We are all human and make mistakes, especially if under a lot of pressure.
My question if a non hunting judge dogs something that goes against the rules ( scratchable offense) can a handler question that?

non hunting judge means they aren't handling a dog.

I would think he is reffering to a cast handler questioning the non-hunting judges decision. The answer is yes, and that question should be noted on the card and taken back to the MOH immeadiately for their ruling.

Confusing. Is "dogs" supposed to be "does?
