Garmin tt15 mini loses communication

I have a Garmin tt15 mini that loses communication with the handheld. I have updated the software and replaced the antenna. I have removed and added to the handheld several times also. When the collar is close to the handheld it works fine but if I move away from it about 10 yards or more it loses communication with the handheld and the collar will still blink 3 times fast. I have another collar that works fine with the handheld.

Try master reset on the collar. Probably wont work but something to try.Turn the collar on and press the button quickly 8 times. The light will turn red and then start flashing green. Then leave the collar in a clear spot 20 minutes. Then you remove it from doglist and pair it back again.Something to try before sending it in for repair.I had a problem once where after i zoomed out A little ways the dog symbol would dissappear from the screen.I did a master reset on the handheld and it fixed it. So you never know when you dont know lol.Try a master reset on the handheld before you send it in.ha.It will erase presettings but no big deal.

Does it say lost satellite or something like that and beeps? My 200 does this a lot but it will come back in and shows again. It will say that on a separate screen then you have to push ok, then it goes back to what ever screen you were on, say like I’m always on the pointer screen. At the bottom it will show a ? Mark next to the dog, then when it gains reception it will show the location of the dog. Like I said mine goes in and out a few times. I updated my hand held and I also make sure my collar is triple blinking before I turn lose, but it will still lose reception in and out.
