Anybody have a remedy to help dry up a female after weaning pups?

Yessir

A small bottle of baby oil and a bottle of 'spirits of Camphor'. Pour out enough oil to pour in the spirits. Shake well everytime you use it. Coat female twice a daily liberally till all it's gone.. Do not let pups nurse, PERIOD. She should be dried up good in 7-10 days and eventually will look like she never had pups.
I use this on every female. I have heard with hold water, food for days.. not me.

I use this method and it works.I buy a 10 pound bag of regular pedigree dog food ,cut back a little on water ,feed a pound a day and in ten days she will be completely dried up. She will naturally dry up because of the lack of nutrition in the dog food.
