My name is Richard Norris from Sanford NC zip 27330. I have been looking for some permanent registration papers that I sent in to be returned for some time now. I do not remember exactly nor did I denote what the date was that I actually put them in my mailbox for delivery but it was before the pups 6 month deadline in order to avoid any issues. I mailed a paper check using the USPS whom I have lost absolutely all faith in within the last year and of course their ineptness is conveniently blamed on Covid!!??? I I have tried on numerous occasions to call UKC only to be put on hold, going into the "que" but never receiving a call back. I also tried sending messages through the new online chat but still have not received any response.?? The female Plott pup was born on November the 12th 2020. She was bred by Allen Moses of Athens Tennessee. Can someone from UKC please contact me via my phone #(919)353-4339 or via my email richard.norris.rn@gmail.com to let me know if my papers were received and if there is possibly of an issue with them or if perhaps they were lost in the mail.
