Tt 15 mini issue

TT 15 Mini. When I try to turn on it shows red then makes sound like normal . Then it starts to repeat again and again. I need to hold button down for a long time to get it to stop. Is their a simple fix or do I need to send to garmin ?

I would try a master reset then make sure it has recent updates.

.

Sounds like someone may have tried to update it using a Mac computer. That is a no-no. If not then like was mentioned. Try a master reset. You can google how to do that. Easier that typing it all out.

Have not done updates for a while. I have tried to do master reset but can get it done because of the constantly repeating start up cycle. I will probably send it in for repair.
